Traditional dry cleaning stores, where all the equipment needed for cleaning and finishing garments are on the premises, require a significant amount of space and generally need at least 3 full-time employees. Expenses for individual stores are very high given the cost of expensive dry-cleaning chemicals, rent for the large space, excessive payroll and insurance. Further, the owner of an individual store normally works in the store and does not have much time left for marketing and customer service. All of these factors contribute to higher cleaning prices and generally inhibit these businesses from scalable expansion.

• Retail stores are smaller than 1000 sq. ft., and, with no equipment or chemicals on the premises, each store requires only one employee per shift



• Our existing cleaning plant is equipped with two dry cleaning machines, four laundry machines and nine pressing tables which together can provide cleaning of up to 8,000 garments per day which is equivalent to servicing about 40 stores.
